First you gotta upload the song you want to put on your page to a hosting site, like tripod.com. Then copy the URL of the song, and paste it into one of these codes, depending on whether or not you want to show the controls or not.
If it's a music video or you want people to be able to stop it or play it you can use this code to show the player controls on your page.(something like what you got on your page now.):
